Background

Samsung Media Solution Center was set-up as a division of Samsung Electronics in 2009 to take care of the contents and services running on company’s hardware.

Just like the headquarter, Media Solution Center Japan was established as a small devision inside of Samsung Electronics Japan.

Media Solution Center Japan was responsible for contents and services on the Samsung Galaxy devices as well as partnership with local service providers such as LINE and AVEX since the Note 3 launch, and lasted until the entire Media Solution Center was shut down in 2014.
